The Manitoba Follow-up Study is certainly unique in the world, and we are extremely
proud of our opportunity to be part of it. The Study is special because of the length
and completeness of the data that has been accumulated. That in itself, is a measure
of the loyalty and dedication of the members.
The majority of the funds for the operation of the Study have come from the generous
donations of the members. We believe that this is the only Study in the world financed
by the members who are being studied. We salute the members who are the vital
ingredients of this endeavour.
